I first got into lifting weights as a teenager as a way to deal with the chaos/instability I was experiencing in my home life. It created a sense of stability and provided me with a positive outlet in arduous times. This inspired me to get into the field to coach others, using fitness as a healthy way to combat mental health and the stresses of life. I will never stop preaching about the wonders exercise does for a healthy, happy and resilient mind.
I am an extremely empathetic coach and believe that everyone has a potential that just needs to be unlocked. I want you to feel strong, feel powerful but most importantly I want to provide a safe place for those that walk through the door regardless of where they are in their own journey.

My passion for nutrition came from having gut issues my whole life. I consulted with a dietitian as a kid and saw how impactful nutriton intervention was to not only heal my gut, but to help me thrive as I grew older. My passion for nutrition continues to grow as I continue to learn new things each day. The field of nutriton science can be so complex however, a consistent practice of mastering the basic principles as well as tailored guidance can be the catalyst for success. You4ia is the first gym I’ve come across that has a focus on being holistic and sustainable. I am so proud to be helping with the one of four pillars of health “Nutrition”
