2 on 1 Personal Training

At You4ia, we understand that working out with a friend or loved one can be incredibly motivating and help you stay accountable to your fitness goals. That's why we offer 2-on-1 personal training sessions that prioritise personalised coaching and programming from our experienced trainers.

At You4ia, we believe in the power of community and the importance of building lifelong health with the support of those closest to us. Our 2-on-1 sessions embody these values, offering a fun, effective way to work towards your fitness goals alongside someone you care about.

Small Group Training

At You4ia Health, we believe in the power of personalised attention and individualised guidance, even in a group fitness setting.

That's why we offer semi-private group fitness classes that prioritise tailored support from our experienced trainers.

With class sizes capped at 6 members, we ensure that each member receives the attention and guidance they need to achieve their fitness goals.
We understand that larger group fitness classes can often be overwhelming making it difficult to focus on your personal fitness journey. Our classes provide an intimate and supportive environment that fosters a sense of community and encourages accountability

Sporting Club Strength and Conditioning

Exclusive sport specific group training that are tailored to athletes wants and needs.

Being passionate for all sports especially cricket, we understand the biomechanics/ training phases involved in preparing athletes for performance for their chosen sport.

At You4ia Health all our strength and conditioning sessions are designed specifically for athletes, utilising a science based training approach, giving them the competitive edge.
